Job summary

Stand Together is seeking a Managing Director, Creative Business Operations to lead the team’s operating system, budgeting, vendor management, and cross‑functional coordination. This executive role drives clarity, accountability, and value creation across Creative Services, Brand Publishing, and Media Partnerships in collaboration with Marketing Strategy, Events, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Executive-level experience in creative or marketing operations.
• Proven ability to build operating systems, processes, and reports.
• Experience managing large vendor contracts and budgets.
• Ability to influence, resolve conflict, and drive accountability.
• Strong writing, judgment, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with emerging AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior business operations leader for the Creative team.
• Operationalize plans, allocate resources, and track priorities.
• Develop capacity and resource allocation reports for leadership.
• Oversee contracts and vendor engagements with cross‑functional teams.
• Build reports showing spend, value, and tradeoffs for decisions.
• Prepare recommendations and decision frameworks for investments.
• Identify process gaps and drive cross-team improvements.
• Maintain documentation including workflows and budgeting data.
• Leverage AI to create efficiencies without reducing quality.
