Job summary

Arc Worldwide is seeking a Studio Director to lead a multidisciplinary studio across design, production, web, and print. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive change while maintaining high quality and brand standards.

You will collaborate with Creative, Account, Strategy, Operations, and Production to build a scalable studio model, manage budgets, and ensure on-brand delivery for multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in studio leadership or related senior creative leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary creative production teams in high-volume, deadline-driven environments.
• Strong design judgment, production excellence, and brand consistency.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the studio design team to maintain standards, staffing, and efficient workflows across teams.
• Provide leadership during change, align processes with business priorities, and mentor managers and staff.
• Translate the Head of Studio’s vision into actionable goals, budgets, and delivery plans.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and quality control to ensure on-time delivery.
