Job summary

Accenture Song Production Studios in New York is seeking a Digital Services Support Analyst to troubleshoot digital capture systems and enterprise IT equipment on-site. You will work closely with photographers, producers, and IT teams to keep productions running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers hands-on experience with professional studio technology, macOS/Windows workstations, and creative software in a dynamic studio setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support, desktop support, help desk, digital capture, or a related technical role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, configure, and stage IT and digital capture equipment daily.
• Test hardware, software, and tethered capture workflows for production readiness.
• Provide on-set technical support and quickly resolve hardware, software, networking, and digital capture issues.
• Support macOS and Windows workstations, Capture One, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft 365, and studio peripherals.
• Troubleshoot camera-to-computer connections, storage devices, monitors, printers, and other production technology.
• Manage multiple support requests across active studios while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate inventory, asset tracking, equipment organization, and compliance.
• Coordinate equipment rentals, perform basic hardware maintenance, and identify opportunities to improve processes through automation.
• Partner with Enterprise IT teams to support technology deployments and ongoing operations.
