Job summary

Dimond Connect is seeking a Creative Strategy Director to shape and scale our DTC creative. This hands-on role turns customer insights into creative ideas that drive growth, from concept to execution, across products, audiences, and funnel stages.

You'll own briefs and scripts for UGC, paid social, and other performance creative, partner with Creative and Growth teams, review messaging, and monitor performance to inform new concepts and testing opportunities.

Qualifications

4–5+ years in creative strategy or related fields.
Experience developing and testing creative for DTC/eCommerce/beauty.
Portfolio of briefs, scripts, concepts, or ads with results.
Strong ability to turn insights into compelling concepts.
Hands-on experience on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon.

Responsibilities

Develop DTC creative strategy across products, audiences, and funnel stages.
Turn insights into creative angles, hooks, concepts, and messaging.
Develop briefs and scripts for UGC, paid social, and other performance creative.
Partner with Creative and Growth teams to take ideas from concept through execution.
Review creative and provide actionable feedback to improve messaging and performance.
Monitor creative performance and use learnings to guide new concepts and testing opportunities.
