Job summary

Ziegler Companies seeks a Creative Strategy and Content Manager to lead content strategy and execution across campaigns and channels. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Journalism, Digital Media or related field required; portfolio or demonstrated body of creative/content work required.
• 5-8+ years of experience in content strategy, creative direction and content production within a marketing or agency environment.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary production teams with a strong focus on execution quality.
• Strong understanding of how content supports demand generation, customer journeys and commercial outcomes.
• Experience building scalable content systems, templates and asset libraries.
• Ability to manage workflows, timelines and production pipelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with external agencies and vendors; know when to leverage external support vs internal capabilities.
• Ability to translate strategic direction into high-quality outputs meeting business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of content strategy across campaigns, channels, and customer segments, aligned to brand standards and priorities.
• Manage and develop an in-house content production team, including video producer and designer.
• Translate brand direction and briefs into effective content for awareness, engagement and conversion.
• Build and maintain a scalable library of templates, toolkits and reusable assets.
• Establish efficient production workflows and prioritization frameworks across the Marketing COE.
• Collaborate with Integrated Marketing to support campaign execution across channels.
• Manage external agencies and production partners for overflow capacity and concepting.
• Balance quality, cost and speed by optimizing in-house vs. outsourced production.
• Continuously improve content production processes, asset performance and reuse.
