If you know the U.S. market, understand consumer behavior, and enjoy creating direct-response creatives, Spice Leads is the place for you.

You will focus on audience research, creating clear briefs for creatives, applying consumer psychology and analyzing campaign data. Your main channels will be Meta and Google Ads. You will collaborate closely with graphic designers and video editors to produce effective ads in verticals such as home improvement, insurance, and credit cards.

Tasks
  • Research Audiences – Understand our customers, their interests, and behaviors.
  • Use Consumer Psychology – Apply psychological triggers to create persuasive ads.
  • Create Clear Briefs – Prepare easy-to-follow briefs for graphic designers and video editors.
  • Analyze Data – Monitor performance on Meta and Google Ads and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with Creatives – Work closely with the creative team to test and optimize ads.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in direct-response marketing (lead generation preferred).
  • Understanding of U.S. consumers – Know how to clearly communicate with U.S. customers.
  • Experience with Figma.
  • Strong creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and ad optimization.
  • Proven expertise in creating and iterating ad creatives for Meta and Google.
  • Portfolio showcasing ad creatives or briefs that drove measurable results.
  • Experience collaborating with video editors, graphic designers, studios and creators.
