The Max Letters is a story-by-mail experience for children, designed to inspire imagination, connection, and a love for reading. Delivered through beautifully crafted, illustrated letters, our stories arrive in children’s mailboxes across the U.S. and beyond — slow, surprising, and full of wonder.
We’re a small, passionate team building a brand that families treasure. Most of our growth has come through Facebook ads — but we’ve hit a bottleneck. We haven’t had the time to create fresh, strategic organic or paid creative content. We know that the right partner here can change everything.
We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to own our full content and ad creative pipeline — someone who combines sharp marketing instincts with a deep love of storytelling and design.
You will manage the creative calendar, write and produce short-form videos, organize our asset library, and develop original paid ad concepts that speak directly to the hearts of parents.
This is not a churn-and-burn content job. It’s a chance to become the creative steward of a magical, story-driven brand . You should have experience in direct-to-consumer marketing — and be ready to own this role fully, not just follow direction.
You’ll work with our existing footage and visuals, identify what’s missing, and help us continually produce creative that feels fresh, beautiful, and emotionally resonant. Whether or not you do the editing yourself, you’ll need strong instincts around pacing, storytelling, and visuals.

You specialize in flashy, text-heavy, hyper-masculine “Hormozi-style” short-form content. We’re not looking for quantity or viral hacks.
