Job summary

MEGATEL HOMES INC is seeking a creative marketer to develop concepts for Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and other paid and organic channels. You will craft hooks, headlines, offers, scripts, and campaign angles across static ads, short-form videos, UGC, and landing pages.

You’ll analyze performance, stay ahead of FinTech and payments trends, collaborate with designers and editors, and build a structured creative testing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts for Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and other paid and organic channels.
• Create hooks, headlines, offers, scripts, and campaign angles.
• Develop concepts for static ads, short-form videos, UGC, landing pages, and social content.
• Research competitors, trends, customer pain points, and winning creative strategies.
• Review advertising performance and identify which hooks, messages, and creative styles are working.
• Build new creative variations based on performance data.
• Help create and manage a structured creative testing strategy.
• Stay ahead of trends across FinTech, payments, rewards, crypto, consumer finance, and social media.
