The Asprey Group is seeking a Creative Strategist to drive high-volume paid and organic concepts for multiple consumer brands. You’ll pair strategy with execution, turning ideas into briefs, production plans and tests across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and emerging channels.
You’ll demonstrate a track record of driving DTC growth through creative work, with strong brief-writing, data-driven testing, and AI-assisted workflows to speed delivery while maintaining quality.
We're looking for a Creative Strategist who gets a real thrill out of coming up with an idea that wins.
You've developed concepts that took off organically. You've also created performance creative that scaled in paid media because it improved CAC, ROAS or conversion. And when something works, you don't just celebrate the win. You want to know why it worked, what we can learn from it and how to do it again.
This role supports three consumer brands and sits at the intersection of creative strategy, performance and execution. You'll develop the concepts, build the thinking behind them and turn those ideas into clear briefs and plans that designers, creators and founders can execute.
We want someone competitive, curious and tuned into what's happening around them. You notice what competitors are doing. You know what the platforms are rewarding. You're always looking for the next angle, format, hook or idea worth testing.
You've worked with a CPG brand that's also direct-to-consumer, ideally in a consumable category like food, beverage, supplements, or personal care/beauty in the $25M to $100M revenue range, and you've personally driven DTC sales through your own creative work.
Bonus signal: if you've held a title like Senior Social Media Manager, Paid Media Manager, or Creative Strategist at a DTC CPG brand specifically, you're exactly the kind of candidate we're hoping applies, that pattern has consistently meant someone who already knows how to run these channels for growth.
You do not need to personally design every asset or edit every video. We need you focused on the idea, why it should work, how we should test it and what we learn once it's live.
As part of your application, we want to see evidence of both creative volume and performance. Please include a resume and portfolio, case studies or examples that show the creative strategy you personally owned and the results it produced.
Where available, show us: the approximate number of creative concepts or briefs you produced in a typical month or quarter; organic work that materially outperformed benchmarks or achieved significant reach, engagement or virality; paid creative that successfully scaled and its impact on CAC, ROAS, conversion or spend; your specific role in developing the strategy; the size or stage of the brands you supported; and how you use AI or automation to increase creative output.
Please do not share confidential, proprietary or client-restricted information. Anonymized examples, percentage improvements, ranges and indexed results are completely appropriate.
Applications that do not include some indication of creative volume and measurable performance results may not be considered.
