Hotel Indigo Minneapolis Downtown is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join the Star Bar & Bistro kitchen team in Minneapolis, MN. You will collaborate with the Executive Chef to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, while leading a dynamic kitchen staff.

The role emphasizes teamwork, inventory control, sanitation, and staff development to ensure exceptional dining experiences for guests at the hotel restaurant.

Qualifications

• Certified Food Manager in accordance with MN Dept of Health.
• Have knowledge of service and food and beverage, generally involving at least three years of back-of-house operations positions.

• Manage inventory, ordering, and costs to meet cost-of-goods targets.
