Qualifications

• Certified Food Manager in accordance with MN Dept of Health.
• Have knowledge of service and food and beverage, generally involving at least three years of back-of-house operations positions.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and costs to meet cost-of-goods targets.
• Ensure sanitation and safe food handling according to guidelines.
