ISS Facility Services / Guckenheimer is seeking a Sous Chef in New York, NY to lead daily kitchen operations, train staff, and ensure utmost quality and safety in menu execution. The role emphasizes adherence to HACCP, sanitation standards, and client guidelines in a high-volume environment.

The Sous Chef will oversee recipe execution, production sheets, inventory, and facility compliance while supporting the Executive Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences for clients and guests.

Qualificações

• Experience in fast-paced kitchen environments.
• Ability to train and direct kitchen staff.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in overall kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food preparation.
• Supervise and train staff; maintain uniform standards and conduct reviews.
• Ensure HACCP, sanitation, safety, and regulatory compliance are followed daily.
• Monitor inventory, food costs, and waste; uphold presentation and packaging standards.
• Coordinate with Executive Chef on menu execution and production sheets.
