The Belgrove, a distinguished 4-Diamond resort in the Pyramid Global Hospitality portfolio in West Palm Beach, seeks a Cook to join our culinary team. You will assist in production and food preparation across outlets, working under the Chef and contributing to seasonal menus.

The role offers training, growth in a world-class kitchen, and the chance to deliver exceptional service while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. 1–3 years’ kitchen experience and a Food Handler's cert are valued.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
• Active Food handler’s certification or ability to get it.
• Willing to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Desire to exceed expectations.
• Energetic personality.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge and skills in grilling, sautéing, and frying.
• Experience using knives and various kitchen equipment.
• Reach and recreate recipes.
• Maintain consistency in all food preparation.
• Minimize food waste through cross utilization.
• Collaborate with a world-class culinary team.
• Create workstations with ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients for cooking (chopping, peeling).
• Maintain a sanitized, orderly kitchen.
• Ensure proper storage of food and items.
• Be responsible for ingredient quality.
