Greystar is seeking a part-time Social Media Content Specialist to join our national marketing team. You will travel to properties to capture engaging photo and video content for organic social channels including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

You will shoot and edit short-form videos, maintain a consistent visual identity, and collaborate with on-site teams and the Digital Marketing group to enhance brand presence.

Qualificações

• Portfolio of short-form video work demonstrating range and quality.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media content creation or related field.
• Experience editing short-form video content for social platforms.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

Responsabilidades

• Travel to properties to capture photo and video content for organic social channels.
• Coordinate with on-site staff to schedule shoots and identify key features.
• Prepare and execute on-site shoots following shot lists and schedules.
• Shoot and edit short-form videos optimized for Reels and TikTok.
• Edit end-to-end using CapCut, Premiere or similar tools.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across platforms.
• Upload content and report hours and mileage per policies.
