Greystar in Greenwood Village, CO seeks a part-time Social Media Content Specialist to work with national and local marketing teams to develop engaging social media content at property level. This role travels to properties to shoot and edit content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, coordinating with on-site staff for smooth executions.

The position requires a portfolio and 1–3 years of experience in social media content creation, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of short-form video work (required).
• 1–3 years of experience in social media content creation or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Experience creating and editing short-form video content.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Travel to properties to capture photo and video content for organic social channels.
• Coordinate with on-site staff to schedule shoots and ensure access.
• Shoot and edit short-form video content for Reels and TikTok.
• Edit end-to-end using CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools.
• Maintain a strong visual identity across platforms.
• Upload content to appropriate platforms.
• Track hours and mileage in accordance with company policy.
