Job summary

Greystar is seeking a part-time Social Media Content Specialist to develop and execute engaging social media content. You will work with national and local marketing teams and on-site staff to shoot, edit, and publish high-quality visual content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

Travel to properties is required, and you will collaborate with the Organic Social Media Territory Leader to optimize content.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of short-form video work (required).
• 1–3 years of experience in social media content creation or related field.
• Experience creating and editing short-form video content.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to properties to capture photo and video content for organic social channels.
• Coordinate with on-site staff to schedule shoots and identify spaces to highlight.
• Prepare and execute on-site shoots following shot lists and schedules.
• Receive and follow briefs from Organic Social Media Territory Leader/manager.
• Shoot and edit short-form video content for Reels and TikTok with proper pacing and trends.
• Operate cameras and stabilization equipment to capture professional footage.
• Edit video content end-to-end using CapCut/Adobe Premiere or similar.
• Maintain consistent visual identity across platforms.
