Responsibilities

• Initiate and promote activities inside and outside the facility while ensuring safety.
• Coordinate and verify assistance for activities and events as needed.
• Solicit community involvement for facility activities and events.
• Maintain records of activity programs and residents' progress toward care plan goals.
• Develop and distribute a monthly calendar of events.
• Train volunteers and students in recreational techniques.
• Assist residents with organizing and maintaining Resident Council.
