Qualifications

• High school diploma required and state-certified Activity Director.
• Strong creativity and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to document programs.
• Experience creating and implementing activity programs within budget.

Responsibilities

• Document activity programs and resident participation and track care-plan progress.
• Conduct resident activity histories and assessments per state standards.
• Publish a monthly calendar and newsletters to inform residents and families.
• Develop and maintain a volunteer program to support activities.
