Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with older adults preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and lead a variety of daily activities that meet residents’ physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual needs.
• Get to know residents individually and develop activities based on interests and personal histories.
• Create a monthly activity calendar with group and individual activities.
• Organize special events, parties, entertainment, outings, and celebrations for residents and families.
• Encourage resident participation while respecting individual choices and preferences.
