Job summary

HH Global Group is seeking a Creative Resource Manager to run talent operations and production support for a new in-house Content Studio. This remote US role covers staffing, onboarding, and rosters, with a contract through December 31, 2026 and potential extension up to one year.

You will partner with the Studio Operations Lead and Executive Producer, coordinate with staffing vendors on bookings and POs, and manage timesheets, invoices, and budgets.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in creative resourcing, talent operations, or production coordination at an agency or studio.
  • Experience with freelance and vendor staffing; W2/1099 models and vendor rates preferred.
  • High fluency in Google Workspace – Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Calendar; strong Sheets and Airtable skills.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted operations and workflow tools.
  • Proven relationship management with client stakeholders and vendors.
  • Strong communication; collaborative and proactive in style.
  • In-house brand or studio experience in consumer tech, entertainment or lifestyle companies preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across workflows with attention to detail.
  • Experience with budgeting and billing reconciliation.
  • Calm under pressure with openness to feedback and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain talent roster, skill mapping, and capacity view tracker to match briefs.
  • Plan capacity with Studio Operations Lead and Executive Producer on active briefs.
  • Coordinate with staffing vendors and Business Affairs on bookings, contracts, and POs.
  • Track timesheets, bookings, POs, and invoices to keep budgets accurate.
  • Provide production assistant support: scheduling, call sheets, location scouting, logistics, and asset organization.
  • Maintain trackers and studio tools that give leadership a weekly resourcing view.
  • Develop an onboarding kit and checklist for new team members.

Job description

Purpose of the Job

Our client offers a suite of devices and tools that are used daily by billions and trusted by over 6 million businesses. The client team is building a new, early-stage in-house Content Studio for social-first creative, and we are looking for a Creative Resource Manager to keep their talent and production operations running smoothly. This role owns talent operations, including staffing, onboarding, and rosters, and provides production assistant support to keep shoots and projects moving. The Creative Resource Manager is organized, proactive, and people-savvy, and helps our client’s studio match the right talent to the right brief at the right time. This role will work closely under the direction of our client’s Studio Operations Lead, while also supporting their Executive Producer.

This role is based remotely in the United States. The contract is through December 31, 2026 with the possibility to extend up to 1 year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage talent operations, including freelance and TVC staffing, onboarding, offboarding, and access.
  • Maintain the talent roster, skill mapping, and capacity view tracker so the right people are matched to briefs.
  • Partner with the client’s Studio Operations Lead and Executive Producer on capacity planning across active briefs.
  • Coordinate with staffing vendors and client team’s Business Affairs on bookings, contracts, and purchase orders.
  • Track timesheets, bookings, POs, and invoices to keep budgets accurate.
  • Provide production assistant support, including scheduling and call sheets, location scouting, shoot logistics, and asset organization.
  • Maintain trackers and studio tools that give leadership a clear weekly view of resourcing.
  • Develop an onboarding kit and checklist for new team members.
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in creative resourcing, talent operations, or production coordination at an agency or studio
  • Working knowledge of freelance and vendor staffing processes. Experience with W2 and 1099 staffing models and vendor rate structures preferred.
  • High fluency in Google Workspace required – Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Calendar with particularly strong proficiency in Google Sheets or similar tools such as Airtable and project management tools/softwares
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted operations and workflow tools preferred
  • Demonstrated thought-leadership and relationship management as a point-of-contact for client stakeholders, marketing partners, creative working teams, and external vendors
  • Clear communicator who builds trust across creative, production, and business teams with an ability to cultivate team satisfaction by showing up kindly, collaboratively, and intelligently
  • In-house brand or studio experience at a consumer tech, entertainment, or lifestyle company and/or hands-on production coordination or production assistant experience preferred
  • Must be proactive, detailed-oriented, resourceful and possess the ability to manage multiple projects across multiple workflows simultaneously
  • Experience with budgeting and billing reconciliation
  • Highly motivated, determined, and organized problem-solver with rigorous attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency
  • Effectively navigate and manage changing expectations in a deadline driven, rapidly evolving work environment
  • Proactive, flexible individual with strong, professional communication, customer service
