Job description

Detailed Job Description/Responsibilities:
Creative Traffic & Workflow:
  • Keep a pulse on every active creative project, from brief through final delivery
  • Help make sure the right creative people are on the right projects at the right time
  • Track deadlines, priorities, reviews, feedback, and next steps so nothing gets lost along the way
  • Know what the Creative team is working on, what is coming next, and where bandwidth issues may arise before they become problems
  • Help prioritize incoming requests and flag unrealistic timing, missing information, or resource conflicts early
  • Schedule creative reviews and make sure the team has what it needs to make them productive
  • Keep project information, schedules, and trackers accurate and useful
  • Experience with software programs including Google Drive/Docs/Sheets, Outlook, Slack, and ClickUp.
Communication & Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the Brand team to understand what is coming, what is changing, and what Creative needs to stay ahead
  • Build strong working relationships across the Creative team and the agency
  • Ask thoughtful questions, connect dots, share updates, and follow up nicely and persistently - sometimes more than once
  • Notice when someone needs help and jump in wherever needed to get great work out the door
Process Improvement & Team Support:
  • Learn and use the agency's project management and traffic systems to keep work moving
  • Look for smarter ways of working and help make them happen
  • Adapt quickly as priorities, deadlines, and resource needs change
  • Support a collaborative, generous, high-energy team environment
Why This Role Matters:

You will get a front-row seat to how ideas are made, sold, produced, and put into the world. This is not a role for someone who only wants to move tasks around in a system. It is for someone who wants to become an essential part of the Creative team, earn the trust of creatives, and genuinely loves helping great work happen.

Other Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Develop and grow knowledge of assigned client businesses and their competitive landscapes
  • File and organize needed documents within agency software and systems
  • Handle and safeguard confidential and proprietary information
  • Communicate clearly and provide exemplary internal and external customer service
  • Be willing to work during non-business hours, including weekends and additional hours beyond the 40-hour work week as needed
  • Must pass a background check
