You will work independently, deliver great customer service to tenants and managers, and drive a branded company vehicle as needed. Training and ongoing support ensure you grow in a small-business environment.

The role emphasizes color matching, problem solving, and using our CRM/Dispatch tool to log progress, with daily tasks typically under an hour per repair.

Qualifications

• Experience using hands-on skills in construction, manufacturing, painting, or related hobbies.
• Ability to see, distinguish, and replicate colors; color matching is integral.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• In the field daily: complete 4+ on-site repairs.
• Deliver world-class customer service to tenants and property managers.
• Update repairs progress in the CRM/Dispatch tool.
• Communicate with the support team for questions.
• Follow the 5-step repair process.
• Use each tool in your personal tool-kit.
• Problem-solve repairs with creativity.
