Qualifications

• Experience working with your hands in construction, manufacturing, painting, or similar.
• Ability to see and match colors.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Complete 4+ on-site repairs daily.
• Provide world-class customer service to tenants and property management staff.
• Update repair progress in CRM/Dispatch tool.
• Collaborate with the support team.
• Follow the 5-step repair process.
• Use each tool from your toolkit.
• Work at apartments, hotels, moving sites, construction sites, etc.
