Job summary

Surface Experts is seeking a reliable, hands-on technician to perform surface repairs for tenants and property management across the DFW mid-cities area.

You will be equipped with a branded company vehicle, provided tools, paid training, and a supportive team, with a pay range of $18 to $22 per hour and benefits including PTO. No nights or weekends required, color matching skills are essential, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with your hands in construction, manufacturing, painting, sculpting, or related hobbies.
• Must be able to see, distinguish, and replicate colors for color matching.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication while performing surface repairs for tenants and property management staff across the DFW mid-cities area.
• Creatively problem-solve repairs in a variety of settings like apartments, hotels, moving sites, construction sites, etc.
• Understand and utilize the company’s 5-step process for repairs.
• Employ each tool in your custom toolkit.
