Surface Experts is seeking a hands-on Surface Repair Technician to perform on-site repairs and deliver excellent customer service to tenants and property staff. You will travel to customer locations, follow a structured 5-step repair process, and document progress in our dispatch system.

The role emphasizes independent work, creativity in problem-solving, and colors matching skills learned through varied projects or hobbies. Training is provided and a clear growth path exists within the company.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn new skills on the job.
• Ability to work independently.
• Experience using hands-on tasks from construction, manufacturing, painting, or hobbies.
• Ability to identify, compare and recreate colors.

Responsibilities

• Drive to customers to perform scheduled jobs.
• Deliver world-class customer service to tenants and property staff.
• Track work progress and notes in the dispatch tool.
• Understand and apply the five-step repair process.
• Problem-solve repairs with creativity.
• Communicate with the support team if questions arise.
