Job summary

Surface Experts in San Francisco is seeking a Field Technician to repair small spot damage on interior surfaces such as countertops, appliances, tubs, floors, glass cooktops, and more. We also offer ultra-low impact reglazing of tubs, sinks, and counters.

This role helps property managers, hotels, builders, or anyone looking to avoid replacements and save time. You will visit customer sites predominantly in San Francisco, apply problem-solving skills from training, and build trust with clients

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail, especially color matching.
• Professional, caring and service-minded.
• Ability to work within reasonable timelines.
• Licensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds, climb stairs, and kneel to access repairs.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs onsite - each typically takes under an hour.
• Apply creative problem solving skills from training to identify the right solution.
• Grow relationships with customers built upon trust, reliability and quality service.
• Travel primarily within San Francisco to reach customer sites.
• Identify additional opportunities and educate customers on available services.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
