Job summary

Parallel, A Brand Agency, LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of creative projects. You will set up new projects, maintain schedules, track deliverables, and prepare reports for leadership.

You will work closely with client services, operations, and creative teams to ensure efficient workflows and on-time, on-budget delivery. Strong organization and proactive communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or operations (agency experience preferred).
• Familiarity with project management tools.
• Experience with time tracking and budget management tools is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Set up new projects in project management systems, ensuring accurate tasks, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Maintain project schedules, timelines, and task assignments in collaboration with internal teams.
• Coordinate day-to-day workflow across departments to ensure projects progress on time and on budget.
• Monitor project status, track deliverables, and proactively identify risks or bottlenecks.
• Facilitate internal communication to ensure alignment on priorities, deadlines, and next steps.
• Support traffic management by helping balance team workload and resource utilization.
• Administrative + Production Support: assist with documentation and asset management.
• Maintain accurate project data, including timelines, budgets, and status updates.
• Generate reports and dashboards to provide leadership with visibility into project health.
