Job summary

Verizon is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the Brand & Creative Operations team. You will help ensure smooth execution of creative projects, support the Operations Manager, and maintain streamlined workflows, timelines, and clear communication across teams.

The role involves managing project plans in Asana, tracking progress, coordinating meetings, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and agency partners. You will help schedule milestones, asset management, and store-ready proofs.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or project management in a creative/marketing environment.
• Strong experience with project management tools; Asana preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake of new creative requests and ensure required information is provided.
• Create and maintain project plans and timelines in Asana.
• Track progress and flag risks or delays; coordinate meetings and reviews.
• Coordinate production calendars across quarterly release cycles from concept to store availability.
• Assist in onboarding new team members, agencies, and training on workflows.
