Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a Creative Project Manager/Workflow Coordinator to join the Columbus, OH team. The role supports a banking client, coordinating multiple creative projects from kickoff to delivery, including scheduling, resource coordination, and status reporting.

You will liaise with clients and internal design teams, ensure on-time milestones, maintain project documentation, and help optimize workflows in a fast-paced environment that balances quality with budget constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a client-facing project management role.
• Experience in design or banking industry preferred.
• Proactive, collaborative, driven with excellent communication.
• Strong ability to manage high-volume data and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary day-to-day liaison between clients and internal creative teams.
• Manage projects: scheduling, estimating, job detail information and tracking.
• Promote excellent customer service through proactive communications on status.
• Assemble resources to implement client projects.
• Enter and track data in the client project tracking system.
• Manage multiple timelines and project life cycles.
• Lead day-to-day management and prioritize jobs to meet expectations.
• Attend client meetings and status calls with Creative Services.
• Maintain contact with clients and Creative team to set milestones and estimates.
• Adhere to deadlines and budgets; monitor quality and progress.
