Title: Creative Project Manager (Influencer and Content Creator Strategy)
Location: Hybrid onsite schedule in Culver City
Duration: 12 months (with opportunity to extend)
Pay Rate: $60.00-$71.50/hr
Our client is looking for a Creative Project Manager to drive the operational and strategic execution of creator-led initiatives for their App Store. This role sits at the intersection of project management and creator strategy — bringing the organizational rigor needed to keep complex activations on track while contributing a culturally informed perspective that strengthens how the App Store shows up through creators.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized operator who understands the creator ecosystem and can manage workflows, timelines, and cross-functional coordination without losing sight of the cultural and creative quality that makes activations resonate. This role will work closely with internal teams, external agency partners, and creators to ensure App Store creator programs are executed efficiently, on brand, and at scale.
DESCRIPTION
- Own end-to-end project management for creator activations — building and maintaining project plans, timelines, milestones, and documentation while proactively managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication across all phases.
- Serve as the central coordination point between internal cross-functional teams, external agency partners, app developers, and creators, driving alignment, accountability, and clear communication throughout each activation.
- Translate App Store marketing priorities into creator briefs and activation frameworks, contributing a strategic perspective on creator fit, platform context, and storytelling approach in partnership with strategy and partnerships leads.
- Ensure creative and messaging deliverables consistently meet brand guidelines and campaign objectives, partnering with creative and editorial teams to maintain quality at every stage.
- Manage activation budgets and financial reporting, tracking expenses and coordinating with finance and vendor teams to support accurate, timely reporting.
- Develop and refine activation workflows and processes to drive operational efficiency, and support ongoing creator coordination including scheduling, communication, and issue resolution.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience managing projects and workflows within creator marketing, social media, digital content, or related fields.
- Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders, including internal teams, external vendors, agencies, and creators or talent.
- Experience managing timelines, deliverables, and budgets across multiple concurrent projects.
- Experience using project management tools or systems to track work, document progress, and report on status.
- Experience developing or refining project workflows and processes to drive efficiency across cross-functional teams.
- Working knowledge of the creator ecosystem, including creator platforms, content formats, and audience behaviors across channels such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Strong understanding of how to translate campaign or marketing objectives into operational plans and creator briefs.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience supporting or executing creator, influencer, or talent-led marketing programs at scale — including multicreator rosters or cross-market activations.
- Familiarity with app, gaming, technology, or lifestyle creator communities and how those audiences discover and engage with content.
- Experience supporting social or digital campaigns across platforms, including awareness of platform-specific formats, trends, and audience expectations.
- Ability to balance operational rigor with creative intuition — knowing when a plan needs structure and when it needs flexibility to respond to cultural moments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering clear status updates, documentation, and stakeholder presentations.
- Excellent collaborator with the ability to build alignment across diverse cross-functional partners in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable managing ambiguity and adapting to shifting priorities while keeping projects and teams on track.
- Experience working in or adjacent to technology, entertainment, or gaming marketing environments
