Job summary

Synergis is seeking a Creative Systems Producer to drive design projects across branding, visual design and interactive work. The role demands 7–10 years in production at a creative agency or production house, plus UI or product design production experience and superb communication skills.

You will collaboration with Engineering, Production, Product Marketing and Senior Management, evaluate new projects, build workflows, create schedules, and own the production process.

• Exhibit or grow understanding of current and new design philosophies and technologies and how they can benefit the team

Location: Hybrid on-site T-W-Th in Cupertino or Culver City

Duration: 12 months with possible extension (W2 with benefits)

Pay Rate: $80.00-$93.00/hour

The Creative Systems producer will play a big part in upholding our client's values and driving innovation and creativity though design work. We strive for an eye and passion for design with a strong attention to detail, being resourceful, adaptable, creative, and results-oriented with high energy and a positive outlook. This is a fast-paced team focused on complex challenges. You have experience working across a variety of areas, including branding, visual design, art direction, strategy, and interactive. This position works closely with many other teams and will be an advocate for user experience.

You flourish in a dynamic, ever-changing, and deadline driven environment. You are a natural

collaborator and a phenomenal communicator, able to develop and present ideas in a large team

environment. You’re a self-starter, are self-motivated, able to work independently, and perform

multiple tasks under minimal supervision. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as

Engineering, Production, Product Marketing, and Senior Management. Prior experience working

within a technical environment is desired.

• A passion for our company, its products and its customers is a requirement

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $90.00 to $93.00 (dependent on factors including but limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
