Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to guide audio-focused projects from inception to delivery. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, vendors, and leadership, ensuring alignment with priorities and high-quality execution.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in creative production, strong verbal/written communication, and proficiency with Figma, Jira, and data visualization tools. This role supports hybrid/remote work in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in creative production in software development.
• Proven experience leading complex projects from beginning to end.
• Proficiency in Mac OS, including Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working / deck-building in Figma.
• Strong understanding of various project management workflows.
• Proactive problem solver with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience working in task systems such as Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.
• Ability to work independently on some projects while supporting others.
• Experience in managing standups of small teams (5-10 people).
• Experience in visualizing data using Google Sheets, dashboards, Tableau, or similar tools for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, track, and support multiple projects and initiatives, both internally and cross-functionally.
• Adapt communication to collaborate with teams across disciplines.
• Partner with Sound Designers to manage all phases of audio design, production, implementation, deployment, and quality control.
• Develop and produce high quality visual presentations communicating concepts, updates, and narratives to cross functional partners.
• Maintain organized asset management systems and naming conventions for versioned files.
• Create efficient pipelines using team-wide AI agents and skills.
• Facilitate project completion with training and onboarding programs.
• Refine production pipeline and processes as needed.
• Prepare, edit, and maintain project plans, process docs, and presentations.
• Execute in a fast-paced and fluid environment.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. You will guide projects through the entire project lifecycle making sure projects align with values and align with the Audio's team priorities. Candidates must have excellent attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. Experience in Figma is a requirement. The role combines audio pipeline production responsibilities with project management leadership and executive presentation development. Candidates must have the ability to collaborate closely with other team members, product groups, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, track, and support multiple projects and initiatives, both internally and cross-functionally
• Capable of adapting communication to collaborate with teams across a variety of disciplines
• Partner with Sound Designers to manage all phases of audio design, production, implementation, deployment, and support ongoing quality control initiatives
• Develop and produce high quality visual presentations that effectively communicate creative concepts, project updates, and strategic narratives to cross functional partners and leadership
• Establish and maintain organized asset management systems and naming conventions to ensure creative files are versioned, searchable, and accessible to the broader team
• Create more efficient pipelines creating and utilizing team-wide AI agents and skills
• Facilitate driving projects to completion, including team-wide system and process initiatives such as training and onboarding programs
• Assist in construction and refinement of production pipeline and processes
• Prepare, edit, and maintain project plans, process documentation, presentations, and other materials
• Execute in a fast-paced and highly fluid environment

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in creative production in software development
• Proven experience leading complex projects from beginning to end
• Proficiency in Mac OS, including office tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working / deck-building in Figma
• Strong understanding of various project management workflows
• Proactive problem solver with excellent attention to detail
• Experience working in a task system such as Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows
• Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid/remote environment
• Experience with AR/VR technology or mobile app development
• Familiarity with audio production and audio production software
• Ability to distill broad concepts into actionable deliverables for AI behaviors and interactions
