Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Program Manager III to plan, coordinate, and oversee complex non-IT programs across engineering, R&D, production, financial systems and product rollouts. You’ll develop plans, align teams, evaluate feasibility, manage resources, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires Bachelor’s in a related field and proven program-management experience, with strong leadership and communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience managing complex programs from planning through completion.
  • Strong knowledge of business management, strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, production, finance, marketing, or related functions.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, cost management, and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, or similar project management and documentation tools.

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed program plans, goals, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate and integrate technical, operational, and business activities across multiple teams.
  • Present proposals, project updates, reports, findings, and recommendations to clients and leadership.
  • Partner with engineering, production, marketing, finance, and management teams to define project specifications and procedures.
  • Evaluate technology, resource requirements, market demand, costs, risks, and overall project feasibility.
  • Assign and oversee work, evaluate team performance, and support the development of employee capabilities.
  • Review contracts, vendor proposals, budgets, and cost estimates.
  • Direct, review, and approve product designs, process changes, and project modifications.
  • Consult and negotiate with clients and stakeholders to establish program requirements and deliverables.
  • Monitor production processes, quality standards, costs, and distribution activities.
  • Identify project risks, resolve issues, and communicate changes to key stakeholders.

Compensation: $40 - $81/hr

We are looking for a Program Manager III to plan, coordinate, and oversee complex non-IT programs across areas such as engineering, research and development, production, financial systems, and product rollouts. The ideal candidate will develop detailed project plans, align cross-functional teams, evaluate project feasibility, manage resources, and ensure programs are delivered according to business, cost, quality, and timeline objectives.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop detailed program plans, goals, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.

  • Experience reviewing contracts, budgets, vendor proposals, and cost estimates.
  • Experience managing or mentoring employees, project teams, or program managers.
  • Experience supporting product design reviews, engineering changes, or process improvements.
  • Experience presenting program updates and recommendations to senior leadership, clients, or executive stakeholders.
