Job summary

Michael Kors in New York is seeking an Assistant Web Producer to support global web production and e‑commerce operations across multiple brands. You will help maintain and enhance our websites with a focus on efficient content delivery and site performance.

You will collaborate with Design, Product, Digital Content and Site Merchants Teams, coordinate updates, test pages, and optimize speed and accessibility. 4+ years in e‑commerce production plus strong HTML5/CSS3 skills are required.

Qualifications

4+ years of E‑commerce Web Production and Development experience.
Solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
Experience with Dynamic Yield is highly desirable.
Experience with JIRA is highly desirable.
Experience with Salesforce is highly desirable.
Experience with page designer is highly desirable.
Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily website updates and efficient production workflows.
Coordinate between Design, Product, Digital Content, and Site Merchants teams.
Assist in managing web production tools and systems (SFCC, Jira, Dynamic Yield, Adobe).
Support rigorous testing of responsive sites across devices and browsers.
Gather and define project requirements for campaigns and site requests.
Help define and optimize web production processes to improve efficiency.
