Job summary

Simple Life is an AI-powered health coaching app seeking a Creative Operations Specialist to scale the Creative Production team. You will design and maintain core processes, onboarding, and documentation to ensure repeatable, efficient workflows across performance marketing channels.

Qualifications

  • Experience in operations, project management, production operations, or similar roles.
  • Comfortable with performance metrics (ROAS, success rate, delivery) and data reconciliation.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workflows.
  • Experience building processes, documentation, and operating systems from scratch.
  • Excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Systems-thinking mindset to identify bottlenecks and improvements.

We're looking for a Creative Operations Specialist to build and scale the operational environment behind our Creative Production team. This is performance-marketing creative production across ad platforms (Meta, Google, Applovin, Tiktok) and producr directions. This role sits at the intersection of operations, process design, and AI automation. You'll help transform creative production from a collection of workflows into a highly organized, scalable system powered by clear processes, strong communication, and intelligent automation. Your mission is to make our production environment predictable, efficient, and increasingly autonomous through AI agents and automation.

What You'll Do
  • Build clear and scalable processes: Create and maintain the core processes, documentation, onboarding materials, and communication flows that help the Creative Production team work smoothly as it grows.
  • Keep the team organised and aligned: Support the team’s weekly, monthly, and quarterly rhythm by coordinating check-ins, planning sessions, status updates, and follow-ups. Help make priorities, blockers, ownership, and next steps clear.
  • Improve cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with producers, strategists, platform teams, and other stakeholders to make sure information flows well, decisions are documented, and dependencies don’t get lost between teams.
  • Use AI and automation to reduce manual work: Identify repetitive operational tasks that can be automated or supported by AI agents, such as status tracking, reminders, reporting, meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Partner with AI and MarTech teams to build smarter, more scalable workflows.
What We Expect From You
  • Experience in operations, project management, production operations, business operations, or a similar role.
  • Comfortable with performance metrics (ROAS, success rate, delivery) and reconciling data.
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
  • Experience building processes, documentation, and operational systems from the ground up.
  • Excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • A systems-thinking mindset: you naturally look for patterns, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve how work gets done.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI, automation, and operational tooling.
  • Experience with Airtable, Notion, project management tools, AI agents, automation platforms, or similar operational systems is a strong plus.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
