Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience required.
• Strong eye for visual storytelling and brand aesthetics.
• Local to Montclair, NJ; in-person role.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or DAM systems encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assist with photoshoot prep and on-set logistics.
• Support on-set during photo and video shoots.
• Organize and quality-check digital assets after shoots.
• Maintain digital asset library for quick access by teams.
• Help with general studio tasks and vendor coordination.
• Assist Creative Director with day-to-day project coordination.
