Job summary

Publicis Production in Morristown, NJ is seeking a talented Editor/Motion Designer to join our integrated production studio. This hybrid role blends hands-on editorial and motion design with post-production workflows, production technology, and creative development.

You will shoot simple tabletop/social content, edit digital, social, and broadcast content, and craft motion graphics that elevate creative work across platforms while contributing to workflow improvements.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional editing and motion graphics experience in an ad agency or production environment.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Media Encoder).
• Experience delivering content across broadcast, digital and social platforms.
• Familiarity with post-production workflows, codecs, color management, and audio finishing.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to light and shoot simple table-top and social content.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality video content for broadcast, digital, social, retail, and experiential campaigns.
• Design and animate motion graphics, titles, typography, product animations, explainers, and branded assets.
• Collaborate with Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, Producers, and Strategists to develop engaging visual stories.
• Take projects from rough cut through final delivery with attention to pacing and sound.
• Integrate color, audio, stock media, graphics, and VFX into finished content.
• Adapt assets across formats and distribution channels.
• Light and shoot simple tabletop or social first video and photo content as required.
