About the Role

Jones Road Beauty is looking for a Creative Coordinator to be the hands-on support that keeps our shoots running and our creative team moving. This is a boots-on-the-ground role — perfect for someone early in their career with a photo background, a strong creative eye, and a love of staying organized behind the scenes. This role is a real foot in the door for someone who wants to learn the full creative production process from the inside

What You'll Do

• Assist with photoshoot prep — pulling props and products, prepping samples, organizing call sheets, and making sure the studio is shoot-ready
• Support on-set logistics during photo and video shoots
• Organize and quality-check digital assets after every shoot — tagging, filing, naming, and flagging anything that doesn't meet brand standards
• Maintain our digital asset library so the right files are always findable and ready for the teams who need them
• Help with general creative office and studio tasks — supply runs, sample tracking, vendor coordination support, keeping spaces tidy and functional
• Assist the Creative Director and team with day-to-day project coordination as needed

What You Bring

• A strong creative eye and genuine appreciation for visual storytelling and brand aesthetics
• Highly organized with sharp attention to detail — you notice when something's off and you fix it
• A team-player attitude; you're energized by supporting a creative process, not just leading it
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same
• A background in photography is a plus — whether through school, freelance work, or assisting on set
• Proficiency in basic digital tools; experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or DAM systems is encouraged
• Local to Montclair, NJ or nearby — this is a fully in-person role
• At least 1 year of professional experience

The salary range for this role is $62,000-$72,000. This role is also eligible for a performance based bonus.
