Job summary

elasticStage Ltd. is seeking a Creative Producer to turn ideas from paid and organic social into finished videos, ads and social content. You’ll often film and edit yourself, or coordinate with artists and external creators.

You’ll own creative development and production, ensuring high quality, speed, and consistency across outputs. You’ll work closely with the Paid Social Lead and agencies to drive compelling content that resonates with independent artists, while maintaining a bias toward

Qualifications

• 3+ years creating short-form social or video-first content with a portfolio.
• Strong creative instincts to turn loose ideas into engaging concepts.
• Confident filming and editing quickly in Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut or similar.
• Experience briefing and managing external creators or freelancers.
• Highly organised across multiple briefs, creators and deadlines.
• Understanding paid and organic social, and what content drives action.
• Genuine interest in music and independent artists.
• Bias towards getting things made.

Responsibilities

• Turn ideas from Paid Social, Organic Social, CRM and wider teams into finished videos, ads and social content.
• Collaborate with Paid Social Lead and agencies on strategy while owning creative development and production.
• Sometimes film/edit content yourself, other times organise and brief artists and creators.
• Maintain quality, speed and consistency across outputs.
