Job summary

Gismart ищет специалиста по перформанс-маркетингу для разработки креативных стратегий и продвижения нашего мобильного приложения Blessed Path. Вы будете анализировать данные, работать с командами Design, UA и PMM, исследовать рынок и конкурентов, а также внедрять новые подходы для повышения эффективности кампаний.

Qualifications

• 1+ год опыта в перформанс-маркетинге.
• Глубокое понимание KPI и взаимосвязи метрик.
• Умение превращать данные в креативные идеи.
• Проверенный опыт разработки и реализации эффективных стратегий.
• Опыт проведения креативных исследований.
• Умение сочетать креативность и цели по метрикам.
• Сильные идеи и структурированное мышление.
• Отличные коммуникативные навыки для работы с дизайном, UA и PMM.
• Уровень английского B2 или выше.
• Будет плюсом: опыт в RnD-командах; опыт в AI-автоматизации.

Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать выигрышные креативные стратегии для продвижения мобильного приложения.
• Оптимизировать креативы на основе данных о результативности и отзывов пользователей.
• Проводить исследования конкурентов и рыночных трендов.
• Сотрудничать с командами Product и UA, чтобы подчеркнуть ключевые функции и тестировать подходы.
• Писать брифы для идей и итеративно добиваться лучших результатов.

Описание: Blessed Path is a mental wellbeing app designed to help users reduce stress, manage anxiety, and restore emotional balance. Through guided meditations, breathing exercises, and mindfulness practices, Blessed Path provides simple tools to relax your mind, build resilience, and find calm in your daily life.

Задачи:

• Develop winning creative strategies and concepts to promote our mobile application
• Optimize creatives based on performance data and user feedback
• Research competitors and market trends to identify best practices
• Collaborate with the Product and UA teams to highlight the app’s key features, advantages and test new approaches to improve performance
• Write briefs for original ideas and iterate to drive better outcomes

Требования:

• 1+ year of experience in performance marketing
• Solid understanding of key performance marketing metrics and how they relate to each other
• Ability to translate data into creative ideas
• Proven experience developing and executing effective creative strategies
• Experience conducting creative research
• Ability to balance creativity with performance goals
• Strong ideation skills combined with structured thinking
• Excellent communication skills for working closely with the Design, UA and PMM teams
• English level: B2 or higher
