Gismart ищет креативного продюсера для продвижения мобильного приложения Testora и сотрудничества с командами продукта и UA.

Обязанности включают создание эффективных креативов, анализ результатов и организацию брейнштормов, работу с дизайнерами и написание брифов для UGC. Требуется опыт в продюсировании креативов и англ200йский не ниже B2.

Qualifications

• Опыт продюсирования креативов в перфоманс-маркетинге не менее 6 мес.
• Подход к работе: data-driven и аналитика креативов.
• Глубокое понимание целевой аудитории и её потребностей.
• Умение создавать и внедрять эффективные креатив-стратегии.
• Умение создавать вовлекающий контент, привлекающий пользователей.
• Опыт анализа и оптимизации креативов.
• Отличные коммуникативные и организационные навыки.
• Самостоятельность и желание развивать процессы.
• Гибкость и комфорт с быстро меняющимся английским на уровне B2+.

Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать креативные стратегии и концепции продвижения мобильного приложения.
• Тесно сотрудничать с командами Product и UA для выявления ключевых функций и преимуществ.
• Оптимизировать креативы на основе аналитики и отзывов пользователей.
• Проводить исследования конкурентов и анализировать лучшие практики.
• Создавать объявления для META, Google и других сетей.
• Проводить мозговые штурмы с командой.
• Писать брифы для UGC, оценивать результаты и вносить правки.
• Сотрудничать с дизайнерами и иллюстраторами для быстрых тестов идей.
• Балансировать креативность и цели по производительности.
• Применять структурированное мышление и следить за трендами.

The app offers personalized challenges, progress reports, and habit tracking, making Testora your go-to tool for self-awareness, stronger relationships, and personal growth.

Задачи

• Developing creative strategies and concepts for promoting the mobile application
• Working closely with the Product, UA team to identify key features and advantages of the application, try different collaborative approaches to boost the performance
• Optimizing creatives based on analytical data and user feedback
• Conducting competitors research to analyze best practices on the market
• Creating advertisements for META, Google and other networks
• Organizing brainstorms with the team
• Writing the briefs for UGC, evaluating results, making reworks to increase the results
• Collaborate with designers and illustrators to quickly test ideas
• Ability to balance creativity with performance goals
• Strong ideation skills combined with structured thinking
• Understanding of modern trends across social media platforms

• Experience as a creative producer in the performance marketing min 6 months
• Data-driven approach
• Deep understanding of the target audience and their needs
• Ability to create and implement performing creative strategies
• Ability to create engaging and informative creative strategy and content that effectively attracts users
• Experience with analytics and optimization of creatives
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Independency and willingness to push the processes
• Flexibility and adaptability to fast changing English minimum B2 level
