Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, media production, marketing, communications, or related field.
• 1+ years of previous experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Aptitude for learning new technology; tech-savvy.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with others and work with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Sense of urgency and prioritization.
• Attention to detail and quality.
• Desirable passion/knowledge of interior design/home décor.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute photo and video shoots, including scheduling, product ordering, and vendor logistics.
• Ensure materials, products, and resources are prepared and delivered on time.
• Partner with Senior Manager of Photography & Video and Social Media Manager on project priorities.
• Maintain and update Smartsheet to track shoots, timelines, budgets, and asset deliverables.
• Monitor project status and communicate updates, risks, and next steps.
• Help ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business priorities.
• Upload, organize, and maintain photo and video assets in the DAM.
• Ensure assets are tagged, categorized, and accessible; coordinate color corrections and retouching with vendors.
• Support version control and final asset delivery across channels.
• Coordinate review/approval processes for proofs and gather cross-functional feedback.
• Drive timely approvals to keep projects moving with speed.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, creative, engineering, and other teams to meet project needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and build scalable processes.
