Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate events in-store, including children’s parties.
• Assist guests with product selection and checkout.
• Promote Rewards program and credit card enrollments.
• Handle emails, calls, and paperwork.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety per standards.
• Cross-train in framing selling and production.
• Support omnichannel processes (BOPIS/SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram duties.
