Job summary

Michaels Stores in Epping, NH is seeking an energetic Event Coordinator to plan and run store events, including children’s birthday parties, and to deliver friendly customer service. You will assist shoppers, help customers locate products, and ensure a fast checkout experience while promoting Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate multiple events at once including children’s birthday parties and other craft classes or events.
• Assist customers in-store, help locate products, and provide solutions.
• Educate customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Support omnichannel processes (BOPIS and SFS) and perform stock/planogram tasks.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety; set up and break down events.
