• Coordinate add-ons like goody bags and balloons per company standards.
• Assist customers with shopping and checkout; participate in SO tactics as needed.
• Answer emails, make calls, and complete paperwork.
• Adjust event plans based on client feedback; create backup plans.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety during events.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
• Participate in daily store cleanliness activities.
