Qualifications

Experience owning workflows, processes, or operations projects and making them clearer and more reliable.
Strong structured thinking: break problems into users, inputs, outputs, statuses, handoffs, risks and decisions.
Practical AI use in real work to improve workflow efficiency and measure success with KPIs.
Reliable ownership of defined projects, including asking clarifying questions and escalating blockers early.
Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
Comfort with spreadsheets, structured data, project tools, and documentation tools.
Airtable experience is highly useful and fits this role turning rough workflows into clean processes.

Responsibilities

Organize and manage your work across briefs, tasks, priorities, and follow-ups with minimal guidance.
Deliver work cleanly, independently, and on time with clear status updates.
Map messy processes to identify bottlenecks and turn ambiguous briefs into next steps.
Use AI to speed up workflow mapping, documentation, QA, data cleanup, and automation support.
Clean up creative approval workflows and clarify ownership and deadlines.
Structure work into fields, statuses, ownership, handoffs, and definitions of done.
