The role emphasizes hands-on editing with tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma, and requires strong judgment when integrating AI outputs with brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Real, demonstrable craft in video editing and/or motion and static design.
• Proven ability to deliver assets to spec with an AI-enabled workflow.
• Experience directing AI agents in real creative tasks is a plus.
• Strong brand and rights awareness when reviewing AI output.
• Systems thinking and strong ownership over production work.
• Excellent written communication and async collaboration in remote teams.
• Attention to detail in typography, layout, and asset quality.
• Enthusiasm for AI-enabled creative tooling and staying current.

Responsibilities

• Deliver finished assets (video, motion, static) with AI workflows as default.
• Understand brief, brand, audience, and platform to guide craft decisions.
• Apply storytelling, pacing, composition, and typography for platform fit.
• Drive design files through connectors and programmatic tools to produce content.
• Self-proof work before handover, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Respect rights and brand safety, knowing what AI can/can't do.
• Maintain files, versions, and handovers for easy reuse.
• Document and share effective methods to help the team scale.
