Job summary

TensorWave is seeking a Creative Operations Lead to serve as the project management backbone for the Design & Media department, coordinating intake, timelines, and stakeholder updates while enabling the creative team to focus on producing great work.

You will own the project management system, run team reporting on throughput and workload, facilitate standups and reviews, and optimize intake workflows as the team scales.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in project management or design operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, translating between creative and non-creative stakeholders.
• Strong planning and time management across multiple projects.
• Experience running a ticket or request queue for a creative team.
• Comfort presenting metrics and status updates to leadership.
• Experience building or improving intake workflows and project templates.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake and triage for all inbound design and media requests.
• Own the project management system, tickets, timelines, and priorities.
• Communicate status updates proactively to stakeholders.
• Facilitate standups, sprint reviews, and retros.
• Track team performance metrics: output, turnaround time, capacity.
• Flag bottlenecks and scope creep before issues arise.
• Maintain project templates and intake workflows as the team scales.
