Williams-Sonoma, Inc. in San Francisco is hiring a Creative Operations Coordinator to drive project milestones across photoshoots, design projects, and collaborations.
The role collaborates with merchants, partners, and the photo team to ensure all elements are in place for successful shoots. You will support the Creative Director with special projects, manage budgets and timelines, and coordinate with store visuals and cross-functional teams.

Based in San Francisco, this position is responsible for managing the projects under GreenRow’s VP.
These responsibilities will include the development of key project milestones and driving the coordination of activities between merchants, collaboration partners, and photo teams. Additionally, the position will build supplier/vendor relationships with the focus to improve the development process, anticipate problems and eliminate ensure all projects/photoshoots have all the elements needed to be successful.

The expected starting pay range for this position is$25-28/hr. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
