Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a B2B Operations Coordinator to support the Operations Manager and Sales team in New York.

This role partners with Sourcing, Planning, Logistics, and Care Center teams to drive project lifecycles and ensure timely client deliveries. The candidate will manage projects, maintain item-level status updates in Excel and WSI systems, and provide accurate updates to internal and external partners.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Overview of the role

The B2B Operations Coordinator is an integral support role for the Operations Manager and Sales team. This role is responsible for providing hands‑on operational project support while working closely with cross‑functional teams Sourcing, Planning, Logistics, and Care Center throughout a project life‑cycle.

Responsibilities
  • Assist Operations team in managing projects: validate inventory availability, audit quotes and orders, update project playbooks.

Criteria

This role requires being onsite in the New York office

The expected starting pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets.
