GreenRow is part of Williams-Sonoma, Inc. in San Francisco. The Creative Operations Coordinator will join a fast growing brand and help manage projects across operations and creative teams, driving milestones for photoshoots, design collaborations, and partnerships.
You will organize shot lists, coordinate with merchants and vendors, manage budgets and timelines, and support store visuals while developing resources and partnerships.
GreenRow is the newest brand under the Williams Sonoma umbrella. Established in 2023, we focused on creating beautiful and functional products using only sustainable materials and manufacturing processes.

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast growing brand and participate on both the operational and creative sides of the business.
Based in San Francisco, this position is responsible for managing the projects under GreenRow’s VP.
These responsibilities will include the development of key project milestones and driving the coordination of activities between merchants, collaboration partners, and photo teams. Additionally, the position will build supplier/vendor relationships with the focus to improve the development process, anticipate problems and eliminate ensure all projects/photoshoots have all the elements needed to be successful.

The expected starting pay range for this position is$25-28/hr. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
